Matters Arising.
The chair reviewed the matters arising:

PM had tried to contact the Alford webmasters to arrange a meeting but with no success.

It was agreed that a meeting between PM, BB, RR, LR would be held at 15.30 on Tuesday 24 March. Keith Butters would be invited to this meeting

LCC will be contacted re road closures for the three main events of 2009. Action JJ

Alan Whitcombe and Bob Clifford had been invited to the meeting, but were unable to attend. They will be sent minutes and invited to the next meeting.

The meeting of ALL members that was planned for 9 February had been cancelled .It will now be held on Monday 16 March at 19.00 hours in the Community Church.

Fliers will be delivered to all Alford groups / organisations

Woodland Farm have been contacted and the contact for the Farmers market will be Simon Harrop from the Trout Farm at Belleau

ATC Clerk will be contacted re booking dates in the Corn exchange for the Antique Markets and Craft Fairs

New Events
A Veterans event (with the RBL) was being planned for July in the Memorial Park, information on dates etc to be passed to PM.

Power Point Presentation. (PPP)
The committee reviewed the PPP to be given at the meeting on 16 March that was prepared by PM and jazzed up by LR. It also reviewed the logo for AACP.
LR would contact PM with changed slides prior to the presentation to the full group on 16 March

Next Steps
There was a discussion on how AACP should proceed. It was agreed to discuss this more fully at the next meeting

It was felt that the Police / PCSO should be involved AACP.
